Nikita Kering Shares Experience Working with Khaligraph Jones

Kenyan artist Nikita Kering has talked about the experience of working with Khaligraph Jones.

Speaking in an interview with our very own journalist SilvaKido, she praised the artist, describing him as a humble, kind person who’s understanding and easier to work with.

“Khaligraph is amazing; he is very sweet and very patient.”

According to her, she’d rather and will always choose to work with mature people because of how good and nice they are; hence, she blended easily with Jones.

Asked how she was able to be selected by Coca-Cola Studio, she said that it was because of the consistency that she has and that there was nothing different about what she did. Adding that real people will notice talent when they see it, hence the reason she got lucky,

“I just did my thing the same way I am doing now making music that’s good to me that feels natural.. not rushing my process kusonga tuh pole pole.

And I think eventually real people notice real people and real magic noticed my magic.”

Nikita shared her passion for music hinting that she went to a point of getting a studio of her own where she does 12 hours a day recording tracks.

Nikita promised to release more tracks and advised artists to take their time when negotiating contracts that they are offered by record labels hinting that the reason she isn’t in one is because her strategy as a team doesn’t align with it.

Nikita Kering is an international artist as of now and has released quite a number of songs that are doing well especially her latest that’s ‘On Yah’.
