CNN journalist Larry Madowo has shared a glimpse into the lives of Kenyan police officers deployed to Haiti. In a video posted on social media, Madowo captured the officers engaged in a prayer session, seeking divine guidance and protection as they undertake their challenging mission.
”I arrived in Haiti on Sunday and found Kenyan police officers in church praying for themselves,” he wrote.
The video quickly went viral, with Kenyans expressing admiration for the officers’ faith and resilience. However, some raised concerns about the potential security risks of sharing such details about the officers’ whereabouts and activities.
