The nation was left shocked following the number of youths dropped dead during protests outside parliament on 25th June 2024.

For the first time parents watching protests from home witnessed their children suffer in the hands of the police despite having staged peaceful protests, fighting for their rights.

On the same fateful day, it is reported that the police did not stop there but followed these youths back to their homes and in this case Githurai 45 where things got worse as seen on a video circulating social media.

Apparently Githurai 45 was raided by the KDF, GSU and normal police who engaged in a crazy shootout leaving a number of youths dead; and crying mothers who watched their sons die for the Finance Bill 2024.
