Netizens react to Gachagua boarding a commercial plane

Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua recently boarded a commercial plane, just a few weeks after Ruto was criticized heavily for boarding an exorbitant private jet.

Ruto travelled to the US aboard an A6-RJU royal jet.

Multiple reports estimate that the cost of hiring a Boeing business jet like the one Ruto used in his visit to the US oscillates around  $18,000 per hour, roughly Sh2,358,0000.

Gachagua plays safe

The deputy president booked the flight to Mombasa, where he is set to officially launch the International Scientific Conference of the Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya.

Photos of the Deputy President have circulated on the internet as more people react to Gachagua’s move.

Netizens react

Gachagua has on several occasions compelled citizens to think of him as a humble guy. At least this is what we see in him. This is was he has depicted after booking the commercial flight.
