This is an online entertainment streaming app that avails it’s users with favorite TV shows and Series.
The streaming service providers have cut subscription prices for its Kenyan and Sub-Saharan African Subscribers by 37%.
The Revised plan states that Basic plan subscribers will pay 300 from 700, the mobile phones will now pay 200 from 300.
Standard Subscribers will now pay 700 having been slashed from 1,100. As the Premium subscribers will be paying 1,100 from 1,450 Respectively.
New Members will immediately start using this new deal charges as those who were in already will do so in their next payment, an email will also be sent to them so that they are updated on the new changes.
In a report released, earlier today, they specifically said that they are looking for new ways to improve their services.
“We are always exploring ways to improve our member’s experience on Netflix. Our goal is to offer a wide variety of Quality shows and films at an even better value.”
This was done to reduce the competition that’s stiff with other streaming apps such as Disney, Hulu and Peacock that offer unique features and charge differently unlike Netflix.
However, the company also plans to put an end to password sharing as they say it has resulted in significant revenue loss.
