Kenyan NRG Radio Presenter Mwalimu Rachael has clarified her statement concerning Wakadinali that she shared yesterday.
She has shared a statement on her page saying that Wakadinali’s performance should have been way better and that she has no problem with them at all. Telling people to stop misquoting her on things she didn’t say in the first place.
“Watu waelewe kitu moja I said Wakadinali’s performance on the pale stage at Oktobafest should have been better. I have no problem with their music, but the content is sasa wengine wanarukia mambo hapa ati. I said their lyrics are violent.
Never said such a thing, Tuelewane, and please relaaaaax! I know times are hard.”
Yesterday, NRG Radio presenters Mwalimu Rachel and DJ Xclusive advised the Kenyan music group Wakadinali after their performance at Oktoberfest, which some said they performed when they were drunk.
The duo, during their radio program, said that the group gave a substandard performance, adding that going on stage under the influence of drugs will make the careers of Wakadinali short-lived. Adding that, the same people, cheering them up, will be the first to back away when things go southwards.
“Being high like a kite is what is marketable. It is what makes them talk about it. It’s giving them the clout that they need, but this is very short-lived. The same people who are gassing them up and telling them they are the coolest, mambo ya fighting the system, and it’s up to them with their ideologies, I don’t agree with them, are the same people who will speak out very, very fast.” Rachael said
Wakadinali also known as ‘Rong Rende’ is a kenyan music group band based in Nairobi Eastland area that sings Kenyan HipHop Rap. Wakadinali is made of three youngsters namely; Scar, Domani and Sewersydaa. Scar and Domani being the main founders.
