Kenyan women’s entrepreneur Murugi Munyi has shared guidance with individuals battling with self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage is when people do (or don’t do) things that block their success or prevent them from accomplishing their goals, and according to Murugi Munyi, people are not competitive and are not yielding good results because they don’t want to risk it all.
She said that people more often fear taking a risk because of a particular mindset that they have created in their minds, and that is what costs them a great deal.
The Business Woman encouraged people that many of those who’ve succeeded in life are those who always keep trying even when they have failed and not letting the frustrations send them back. Adding that the good things obtained in life must have the risk of failure and you have to be ready to persevere.
She advised individuals to keep trying because eventually everything will make sense, adding that perseverance and tenacity are the keys to success.
She lastly urged individuals to think about starting, urging them to dare themselves to accomplish whatever they wanted to do or try without having second thoughts. In order to succeed, they should be prepared to persevere and make sacrifices.
