“Waliponiingiza pale ndani kwa cell, nilipatana na fans, nilibambika aje! Nakuambia hadi walevi walikua sober, tulianza kupiga story hadi sisi wenyewe tukaskizana.” Morara Kebaso said.

What Morara Kebaso was accused of

Morara Kebaso was charged with cyber harassment contrary to Section 27 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act 2018.

According to the charge sheet drafted on Tuesday, October 1, the lawyer had been accused of tarnishing and discrediting the reputation of businessman David Langat.

The charge sheet pointed out that Kebaso shared false information on his X account on September 28, 2024, with intentions of tarnishing the billionaire’s reputation.

This however appears to have been dismissed as Morara Kebaso read an article out loud published by Citizen Tv that said Langat had nothing to do with his arrest. “Alaa, Citizen tv, Business man David Langat says he has nothing to do with Morara Kebaso’s arrest.” Morara Kebaso read it out loud to his supporters.
