Meet the African Swagga Don, who resurrected after dying for 4 years.

Speaking during an interview with SPM BUZZ, he opened up, saying that he died for that period of time, resurrecting on July 9, 2019, which is what transformed him into the African avatar. Adding to the essence of why he was dressed the way he was, by covering his face, he said he represents African culture and all its genres at large, even food and lifestyle, defining it all as an African avatar.

Highlighting how he came back to life and sharing the experience as a one-of-a-kind ‘phenomenal experience’ that made him realize his potential and purpose in the world, below is what he shared.

“My entire organs broke down when I was already out, and a voice came and spoke to me that you would be alright now, and they sent me back. It was a phenomenal experience. I saw my life coming back into my hands. I saw a blue light, and then breath came back into my mouth. It was very sweet.

And a voice spoke to me to remind me of the combination of the two. I don’t know how to explain that, but it was the ancestors. I was back alive; 98% of my organs had already died. My heart just kept beating, and literally, I had a minute before my heart stopped and I came back alive. It took me six weeks in the ICU, four weeks, and four weeks of worry before I regained life again. They said I wouldn’t walk in 10 weeks, and I walked in 10 days.” Swagga Don explained.

He explained that he had passed out and told the public to believe it, as there’s a superior being since he experienced it and saw it happen. Asked about the experience, he said it was like he was traveling and felt more unusual than usual.

He said that he was determined to come back because of two things:Worried on whom was going to look after his daughter, and because he hadn’t finished his journey yet.

Speaking of his origin, he said he is an African living in the Caribbean, saying they were brought over as slaves by the colonials, and he plans to return home.

He also talked about why he goes by the name Swagga Don despite it being his brand name and artist name, saying it was inspired by his friends, who used to compliment his looks, the way he dresses and walks in general.

“My friends and people who are so close with me, like the way I dress during my other persuasions and other activities, and they say you gotta have a lot of swag; really, you got a lot of swag; it fits you.” Swagga Don revealed.

He shared a message with the public, urging them to embrace their culture and stick to their initial culture without introducing new things that aren’t in line with the tradition and culture. Adding that the very reason he was sent back was to tell the Africans to do away with the colonialism attributes. “This is what I was told to do: go back and tell our people to dump all these attributes of colonialism and the trappings of colonialism. We are not Europeans. Be our own people. Be ourselves.” Swagga Don emhasized.
