American Rapper Meek Mill has been criticized by the public for shooting inside the president’s villas.
This comes after Meek visited the presidential villa where he had gone to see the Ghanaian president Nana Akufo Addo.
He then took a couple of shots that he later on decided to use them in his promotional video.
This then followed an explosion of comments on the internet by Ghanaian Residents who openly expressed their feelings on how disappointed they were with what meek had done.
Meek then decided to script down an apology message, saying that He only had the intentions of upholding his culture and nothing more.
“My apologies to the people if any disrespect! We still gonna push to make the connection between black people in America and Africa… What I’m trying to do is more than a video… My apologies to the office also!”
He extended the act to even pulling down the video from online and encouraged people that he will do what it takes to connect people, even if it means using music.
“To the people of Ghana, no video I drop is ever meant to disrespect the people of Ghana. The fastest way to make connection is through music, and I wanted to do that with displaying art.”
