Mungai Eve has opened up about the life lessons that she learned from her past relationship with Director Trevor.

According to Eve, she learned to listen to the advice from the older people, especially one coming from Oga Obinna, who advised them not to get pregnant and to consider stacking in the money first.

Why Mungai Eve never got Pregnant with Trevor

“When you guys separated, I was surprised, but nonetheless, I felt like you both pushed each other to be who you are now.

I remember I used to give you guys life lessons, and one thing you guys took seriously, which I appreciated until now, was that I told you to not get pregnant, stack up the money, set up your life, and you will figure out the issue of the child together.” Obinna recounted what he told Mugai Eve.

It is courtesy of the above advice from Obinna that the 24-year-old Mungai Eve, together with Director Trevor, didn’t end up getting pregnant, despite the online pressure from the public demanding they have one.

And as much as their 5-year-old relationship is no more, Mungai Eve appreciated Trevor for being supportive back then, adding that she wishes him all the best in his endeavours. Adding to that, even so, she doesn’t ever see getting back together with him.

“I appreciate the role that he played, and I believe both of us played a big role in front and behind the camera.

And I appreciate the distance that we got together, and now that each one of us went our separate ways, I wish him all the best.” Mungai Eve shared.

Life lessons Mungai Eve learned from her past relationship

Mungai Eve said that she learned a lot from her past relationships but decided to share one since others are personal.

She learned that it is indeed worthy and right to ensure one enjoys their youth, advising the youths to embrace their lives and live to the fullest. It is important for people to take their time, plan well, organize themselves well, and do it right without making rational decisions.

“I would advise the young people to enjoy their youth; if you are young, enjoy the moment of being young because personally, I felt like we never had that chance to be young just to be used because we met when I was 19, and he was 20.

We really didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, and we ended up getting into marriage, and I wouldn’t want to advise someone to get into marriage.

Director Trevor and Mungai Eve’s relationship

Eve met her lover during a photoshoot in Thika, and the romance between the two began in the process, even though she was in a relationship.

“We met during a photoshoot in Thika; he was a photographer. We were both in relationships that were not working, so we slowly walked out of them,” Mungai said.

Mungai revealed that Trevor’s ex-girlfriend was depriving him of intimacy, forcing him to slowly creep out of the relationship, and they began dating just months after meeting.
