Kimani Mbugua shows tremendous improvement at rehab (Video)

Media personality Kimani Mbugua is on the verge of full recovery after being taken for rehabilitation a few months ago.

Having received financial help from willing Kenyans and renowned leaders like Mike Sonko, Mbugua willingly decided to head for rehab.

“In consultation with Kimani Mbugua’s parents, I will pay his bill at Mathare Hospital and transfer him to the Mombasa Women’s Hospital rehab center. Currently, Conjestina Achieng is still there and doing well,” Sonko wrote on his X account.

The pioneer of the idea to take Kimani Mbugua for rehabilitation was comedian and YouTuber Oga Obinna; who sympathized for the lad after his video went viral.

Oga Obinna, with Kimani Mbugua’s father in tow they went to pick Kimani up from his home in May this year.

They settled a couple of bills for first process of the treatment; and everything seemed to be working out.

Mbugua’s rejuvenation

Having shown interest in the rehabilitation, a video of Mbugua’s progressive transformation has made rounds on social media.

In the video, Kimani urges Kenyans to continue praying for him as he believes he will recover soon enough.

”Mwendelee kuniombea. Ata leo nafaa kupewa injection. Ntapona. I’ve been treated so well in this place. The food here is so good. I’m eating Biryani, pilau. Every Friday there’s pilau here.”

Kimani is reportedly going to spend a year in the rehab. He is expected to come back to our screens after his recovery. His immense talent in the media will definitely be rejuvenated after his recovery.
