Maddox has surprised many with his recent interview whereby he denied being an addict or is currently struggling with a substance.

The young man known for Gengetone music revealed this during an interview with KoM where he sent out a message to Oga Obinna letting him know that there was no need to continue searching for him as he did not need therapy nor rehab treatment for alleged drug abuse.

Judging from how Maddox defended himself against the drug abuse allegations, netizens now believe this could be the first step to his downfall – as he has clearly refused to acknowledge that he has a problem with drinking.

Apparently most addicts prefer living with the lies they tell themselves – hence the reason why most refuse to seek or accept help.

This is because accepting reality means coming into terms with their actions (drinking) which they – and in this case Maddox is not ready to give up on.

Speaking on his viral video that led to Obinna offering help, Maddox claimed this was a clip from years back….however even with him cleaning up to look decent in his latest interview – his physical appearance seems to tell a different story.

However netizens have given him shelf life time to see whether or not he will finally hit rock bottom.
