Jeff Mwathi’s mother has lectured Lawrence, commonly known as Dj Fatxo saying that he is responsible for her son’s death.

Speaking through a voice call on Radio Jambo Jeff’s mother said that Dj Fatxo had everything to do with the death of her son and shouldn’t deny it with any excuses.

She also called out to the Government to consider taking justice for those who are found on the wrong side of the law.

“Mtu akifanya makosa ahukumiwe….Ni vibaya sana alitoa mtoto wangu kutoka kwa nyumba akaenda na yeye…..alikua amempangia hakuna kitu anaeza niambie nikose kusema ni yeye.

Huyo kijana ni muuaji na aliuua mtoto wangu. Nilikua najua angejitokeza na aseme vile alimuua na aseme kitu alifanya amuue.”

(If someone commits a crime, they should face the long arm of the government. It’s very wrong… I remember he called my son, made him leave the house and be dropped at his. All along this was planned, and there’s nothing he can say to convince me otherwise.

That boy is a murderer, na he killed my son… Initially, I thought he was going to own up to his mistakes and give the reason as to why he decided to assassinate my son)

She went on questioning the government why they have ignored Dj Fatxo’s house as it’s the crime scene. Adding that the Government covered up the whole incident.

Dj Fatxo on his side expressed his disappointment, asking if humanity will ever be revived because of the way people are handling the matter.

He refused to having been involved in anything to do with bribing the DCI Officers and even killing the 23-year-old.

He lastly called out to bloggers and the public to accept the decision from the court and stop beating around something that he didn’t do.

Asked why he doesn’t stay in his Kasarani apartment, he responded, saying that his tradition forbids one to stay in a house where a murder crime happened because a spirit is believed to be residing there. And the reason he hasn’t moved out is that he was advised by the DCI to hold on until investigations are complete.

‘Hata nguvu yangu ya kukaa pale… sina.”
