“Walimea pembe” Savara Mudigi weighs in on Elani downfall

Savara Mudigi is not just a musician but a producer who has helped a few artists up the ladder using his experience in the music industry.

So far we have seen him work with a few gen z artists like Vic West, Fathermoh and Brandy Maina on hit song Kuna Kuna hence giving us a taste of what he can do in music.

Dr Ofweneke explains why Stoopid Boy cancelled their Scheduled Tv Show at the last minute

To our surprise turns out that Savara back in the day also worked with Elani who were once rated as the best group in Kenya.

However just like most artists, they produced hits, made headlines then one day disappeared into thin air.

Downfall

Speaking on this, Savara opened up to Mic Cheque podcast on working with Elani back in the day – something not many were aware of.

But according to Savara this group had so much potential especially since it was made up of two ladies and a male – however just like new celebs who were now starting to make new money – they let fame get into their heads.

Responding to why he stopped producing for them, Savara mentioned pride got in the way and the former superstars could not let people with experience advise them.

Adding that their careers would have been saved at some point – but again with the kind of management they had – these guys could not be told anything.
