Jeff lost his father when he was only 2 months old leaving him under the care of his mother who had other 4 children.
He went on narrating saying that it wasn’t easy for his mother as she had now taken the role of a father which was overwhelming her.
“It was tough and my mum tried her best to be that mentor, to be that guide.”
When he had his son he vowed to take good care of him because he never had a father figure having known how it felt, he promised to always be there for him.
“While raising my son. I kept telling myself that I did not have this. So I am extremely intention on raising him.”
It got harder with time but they had to just accept that and look for ways to live with it. The fact that back the he didn’t have anything to look up to unlike this days when there are a lot of options especially on the internet and even the inspiring movies.
‘ You have to find something that will inspire you, whether it’s movie figures the politicians. It really took a while.”
