Jahmby Koikai’s father shares reason why his daughter will be buried at Lang’ata Cemetery

Jahmby KoiKai’s father has shared the reason why her late daughter will be buried at Lang’ata Cemetery.

Jahmby Koikai’s father has opened up about his late daughter’s illness and her final wish.

Speaking to local media at Saint Church on June 8, he revealed why she will be laid to rest at Lang’ata Cemetery.

Memorial service itakua Alhamisi na maelezo zaidi yatakuja baadaye kabla siku ya Alhamisi.

Mazishi itakua ni Ijumaa pale Lang’ata kwa sababu nyanya yake hapo ndio amezikwa na familia yake walisema wangependa azikwe karibu na yeye

She will be buried at Lang’ata Cemetery because her grandmother was buried there, and the family suggested that she be buried close to her.)

Jahmby Koikai passed away during treatment at Nairobi Hospital on May 24, 2024, after a long struggle with endometriosis.

Her father described the experience as incredibly tough for the entire family.

“It was not easy to see my daughter suffer and watch the doctors try their best to treat her.

They did everything they could, but in the end, she could not be healed.”

Why Jahmby will not be laid down in a casket box

Her mother explained, sharing reasons why she will not put her in a casket box, saying she surpasses that and will not be put in a casket because of the many things she was.

The reggae enthusiast Jahmby Koikai leaves behind a legacy of resilience and dedication. Her battle with endometriosis and her commitment to her projects have inspired many.
