Kenyan actress Jackie Matubia has breathed fire, addressing bloggers over her failed relationship with her baby daddy.
Speaking to the press at the premiere of her ‘Toxic‘ show, she once again reiterated the matter, saying that she will not be the last nor is she the first to be a single mother. And the reason she decided to release the series is that she has the necessary skills to do the show, and she never did so because of her baby daddy.
“I am an artist, an executive producer, and an influencer. I always tell stories.
I am not going to be the first or last single mother. Na story yangu hamtashinda mumei repeat repeat, today is something different.” Jackie shared.

She talked about her toxic show, saying that it is a project she has been working on since December last year and has ended up using all of her savings to make it possible with no sponsors, and the fact she has managed to do it is just another big achievement.
“Why I was crying when I introduced ‘Toxic’ is because of the struggles I have gone through…but when it is a calling, it doesn’t need to make sense to anyone else, just you.” Jackie explained.
She thanked and acknowledged her producer, who was supportive, along with the cast that stood with her to make the project a success.
She said the series is about telling their stories concerning their love lives, saying that she is maximizing and taking advantage of the trend of town people leaving each other and all that.
