Kenyan Influencer Sammyboy Kenya has called out to people who are asking for free passes to an event as uncivilized.

Speaking through his Instagram Page, sammyboy said that he was harassed the previous day for not offering free VVIP tickets to his mates, he went on saying that it’s very degrading when people want special treatment that they don’t want to pay for it, just wanting to take advantage of the fact that because they think they know someone they deserve it all. He said that it’s only fair that everybody steps in to support each other’s work and not take advantage of others because at the end of the day the event organizers need to be paid, and the artists also needs some.

“Kuna this type of Disrespect that comes from “Friends” or rather people who know you when it comes to events…. Someone insulted me yesterday for not being in position to offer them “FREE” VVIP Tickets. Like bruh these events take much that what you see, and the organizers have put much effort and invested their capital, and it should be treated as a business like it so the best thing to do is support the event organizer.

Adding that, they also pay for the events as the rest of others and have no access to complimentary tickets.

“Some of us attend the events just like you want to, and we do not have any access to the tickets to offer anyone as complimentary… If you want to go to an event, buy a ticket whether you know me or you don’t, I have never done any ticketing job.”

He lastly specified that it is only fair to be civilized to each other and step up where you are needed to, adding that some people only need favors and disappear never to be seen.
