“I Know Where I will Catch Them ~ President Ruto Sends Strong Message To Loan Defaulters

Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto has issued a message to loan debtors assuring the public that they will be dealt with.

Speaking during a Sunday church service at Kajiado County Yesterday, he said that those who are not complying with the terms and conditions of the borrowing funds that he issued called “Hustler Fund” won’t escape it for long.

“A few hustler fund borrowers think they are clever I know where I will catch them. Those who take the loan and refuse to pay.”

He urged the public to consider paying in the amount that they borrowed in due time without escaping it as that is the only way that they will prove that they need more avenues to be introduced for them.

He went on saying that the very same people who haven’t paid the initial one are on the front line to take in another Hustler Fund slot that has been introduced for chamas.

Despite the disappointments from a few other residents, He urged the public to consider taking in the second phase especially those with micro small businesses so that they can build and grow their businesses.

Concluded commending the Kajiado residents as they have recorded a high percentage of people who have complied with the loan terms.

Hustler fund is a loan project introduced by the Kenya Kwanza Government reign which provides instant loans to Kenyan citizens upon request. The program was first launched by President William Ruto in the late 2022 with the intention of providing at least $420.
