Nigerian Superstar Davido discloses that he had no clue that his family was wealthy until he was 13 years old.

Speaking during an interview, He said that He was raised by a very humble father who taught him nothing but discipline and being humble, acknowledging him and embracing his core values.

“My father is the richest Black man in the world. But let me tell you something, my Dad is very disciplined.

I didn’t know we had money until I was 13.”

He went on narrating that the way he knew they had wealth was when an incident that happened in their area when his father told them to get in the car that he had never seen before. That’s when he realized that they were rich.

He praised his family, saying that his father has been a good role model to them and has always supported him in everything he does.

“Even with success with my Dad, he is a very disciplined and God-fearing man.

He has given me and my family many opportunities.”
