Reverend Kathy Kiuna, who was the wife of the late Bishop Allan Kiuna, has paid her last respects to her late husband, Bishop Kiuna, who was laid to rest yesterday.
Speaking during her husband’s funeral, the mother of three promised her late husband that she will indeed live to see that his dream and vision he had in mind comes true, promising to also make him proud in all that she does.
“I just wanna make a promise to you, baby. You raised me well; I didn’t even know I could preach. I didn’t even know I had the preaching in me; you saw it in me, and you saved me.
She also recalled how he always reminded her that she was destined for greatness.
“You can do this; you told me I was called, you saw it, and you called it out, and I have been doing it all through with you urging me and showing me how possible it is. I just want to tell you, honey, that we will make you proud.” Rev. Kathy emotionally disclosed.
Rev. Kathy regrets and questions why the Lord chose to take her husband instead of her saying that her husband had plans and big visions that even she cannot start to think of.
“God, you have such a sense of humor. I thought you’d rather take me and keep him. Because he has the vision. He knows where we are going. He knows all these, and I go back to the scripture I’m standing on. 2 Chronicles 20:12,” Rev. Kathy said.
