Kenyan celebrities and YouTubers, Abel Mutua and Judy Nyawira, have shared the reason why they came to the conclusion of never wanting to add another child after already having one who goes by the name of ‘Mumbis’.

Abel Mutua opened up, saying that he decided so with his wife Judy because, after witnessing her give birth and the pain she underwent, he told himself that he would never put her in such a position ever again, even if it meant considering a vasectomy.

“Nilikua hapo kando kwa labor ward na wewe… and I watched it all: sijui ni shetani mgani akaniambia mshikilie mkono, nakuambia nilitoka hapo nikifeel.

But kama kuna kitu iliniscar ni hiyo moment, hakuna kitu huwa inanimaliza kama the feeling of being helpless, naona unaumia na siwezi kusaidia, like I cannot take half of what you are going through.” Abel Mutua told his wife Judy.

The father of one went on, saying that the whole scenario was heartbreaking, but he came to the conclusion that he would never put his wife in that position again and decided that one they have is enough.

“It was then that I made the decision to never ever get a spark in there again.”

It has been 14 years since they had Mumbis, their only child, and he doesn’t plan to add any other child anytime soon because of the traumatic experience he went through by standing alongside his wife in the labor room when she was giving birth.

Many shared their opinions on Abel Mutua’s decision, saying it was just something that happens and in two years it would be over, but as of now, it still stands, and he doesn’t want to put his wife in such a scenario again.
