Renowned government pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor has once again been called in for another paramount assignment. The pathologist recently initiated post-mortem examinations on the mutilated bodies that were discovered at the Kware dumpsite in the Kenyan capital.
During a press briefing, Dr. Oduor revealed the horrific condition of one victim, whose body had been severed into almost equal halves. The lower abdomen had been mutilated using a sharp object, suggesting a brutal attack. Preliminary findings point to a potential fatal head injury caused by a blunt object, leading to excessive blood loss.

The pathologist announced that the remaining bodies will undergo X-rays on Wednesday before further examination. He emphasized the need for a comprehensive investigation to determine the exact number of victims and the cause of death, given that some body parts are still missing.
Dr. Oduor dismissed any similarities between this case and the murder of Rita Waeni six months ago, clarifying that Waeni’s body had been dismembered in a different manner, with all body parts separated.

DCI investigations continue
Meanwhile, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has made a significant breakthrough in the case, arresting a prime suspect linked to the murders of over nine women found at the dumpsite. The suspect was apprehended in Kayole while allegedly attempting to lure another victim. The DCI believes there may be more suspects involved and has vowed to expand the investigation.
The gruesome discovery of the mutilated bodies has sent shockwaves through the nation, prompting calls for swift justice.
