The AMG Realtors CEO recently shared with SPM Buzz his story that led to being the first Kenyan to successfully sell land in the USA through his company dubbed AMG.

Through a brief interview session we had with him, hosted by our very own SPM Buzz host, Miss Kithinji, Martin explained how the immense success of his company has enabled him to employ 100 people.

”I started as an intern. And now I’m here. Now we have an organization with 100 people,” Martin started off.

Martin admonished listeners not to limit themselves when it comes to making investments.

”There are no limitations as to where you can invest. Because, beside us selling land in the US, we were the first company to bring a project for the youth here in Kenya.”

Apart from creating employment opportunities for the youth, Martin explains that his company opened a library that has been of great value and benefit to students who want to expand their knowledge, The AMG Realtors company also does guarantees title and gets it ready within the first 60 days.

Amongst the many advantages of purchasing land through AMG are the ready-made perimeter walls that guarantee security. The company owns a huge portion of land in Juja, Nairobi, that goes at an affordable price, all with ready-made title deeds, electricity, and water on site.

AMG expands

AMG Realtors recently announced its expansion into the American market with a new land investment offering in Dallas, Texas. The investment, named ‘Kenya One’, is designed to cater to a diverse range of buyers, including first-time homebuyers, growing families, and retirees.

Martin Githinji, the CEO Designate of AMG Realtors, stated that the decision to invest in Texas was driven by the state’s strong economy, favorable business environment, and impressive growth trajectory. Texas has consistently been ranked among the top states for job creation, economic opportunity, and quality of life. Dallas, in particular, has emerged as a major economic hub, attracting businesses and residents from around the world. Companies such as Tesla and Oracle have established their headquarters and operations in the city, contributing to its growth and development.
