Four Kinds Of People That You Should Never Date

Published on

There are qualities that don’t match the kind of people you are really supposed to be, and some are choosy and tread carefully, while others assume it and tell themselves that it’s a work in progress and they will get through it all.

As far as it being nice to be in a relationship, see to it that you don’t end up in a toxic relationship that might actually take more from you in the name of love.

Below are the four categories of people that you shouldn’t be seeing:

1. Ungrateful People
These are called ingrates, in other words, the kind of people who don’t know how to say thank you for anything that you do for them.

Appreciating your partner’s efforts goes a long way indeed; don’t downplay them.

2. Dishonest people
People who can’t keep their word are the kind of ones that aren’t supposed to be seen because they will frustrate you each time that you plan on doing something, and it’s too bad that it doesn’t happen.

Seriously, you don’t want to date people who aren’t open to you and aren’t sincere about their word. That will not make your relationship last, as there will be issues.

3. Emotionally unintelligent people
Dating an emotionally unintelligent person would mean that you’re willing to risk trading your happiness for their ignorance.

They lack empathy, and they tend to disregard how you feel. They make you feel unseen.

4. Violent people

These are red flags; actually, these are those who are very quick to react to anger. Having someone who is quick to anger is a challenge because you never know what they could do to you when they are mad.

But one whose slow to anger, you can least be assured that it would indeed work out because you can talk it through.

Avoid being in a scenario that will put you in a situation where you are in a hospital bed all in the name of love because you argued and got hit by something hot or heavy.

Above all, before you commit to being someone’s boyfriend or girlfriend, ask real questions, be highly attentive and sensitive to their mannerisms, and be sure that it’s something you want to settle for.

And that which I have said above is something that will help you tally before you get into this world. For those of us who never had the opportunity to tally and are already in this situation, let’s live it and look for easier ways to fix our issues because, at the end of the day, it’s just us and there’s nothing we can do about it. I’ll leave you with a line that says, ‘Get your house in order. Goodluck!!
