FOODS TO TAKE FOR BREAKFAST.

A balanced Breakfast includes the proteins, fiber and produce.

And it’s during the morning that one needs to have a good meal because they want to start off their respective day with some good energy.

Below is a list of meals you should consider having for Breakfast:

1. Eggs

They are very simple and nutritious, a good source of protein that supports muscle synthesis.

They also are a great source of vitamin D and improve cholesterol levels as well.

They can be taken separately, or you can take them accompanied by bread or something else they are very easy to prepare all you need to do is have a pan and fry them, they take the shortest time to get ready.

2. Coffee

This is one of the most recommended things one should take at least in the morning.

It is high in caffeine which is a molecule that promotes alertness in the sense that one is able to do whatever he is doing without switching off immediately, in other words it keeps you up and engaged others take it even late at night when they want to stay up for long.

It also increases mental performance, which is what you need to kick-start your day.

Furthermore, it comes along with other health benefits facts that is, it lowers the risk of heart disease.

You can take it with milk or take it plain.

3. OATMEAL

This is a breakfast option and very nutritious. Made from rolled oats that hold a special kind of fiber called beta glucan that helps in reducing cholesterol levels, it also can be taken like a heavy breakfast that is if in case you plan on taking a late lunch or don’t know when you will take yours always consider having one of this. They fall in the same branch of cereals.

It also contains vitamins and other minerals and can be taken with milk.

4. WHEAT TOAST

This is a type of bread made using flour that’s partially and entirely milled.

It holds nutrients that your body may be craving for. It’s normally taken during the morning, and you can take it alongside coffee or milk having to spread just a little bit of jam, blue band, egg salad or even peanut butter to make it tasty.

5. FRUITS

Fruits are very healthy and nutritious, although they are very much underrated as not being a priority they can make a good breakfast meal especially when you make a salad.

A salad in the sense that it’s a mixture of different fruits like for example you could mix bananas, oranges, pineapples and take them together from a bowl they are very tasty and will ensure you are not dehydrated at the same time.

They hold calories and good amounts of fiber and simple sugar that will slow the absorption of its sugars, which will give you a steady source of energy you will be needing for the day.
