Late DCI officer Felix Kelian’s family is not satisfied with the release of DJ Joe Mfalme after he was detained for a period of 14 days.
Mfalme, who was among the suspects in the late DCI’s murder case, was not found guilty, but his hype man Ballo is now the main suspect in the case, with Joe Mfalme being named as the state witness.
Mfalme, who had earlier today released a statement informing his fans on appearing in court, spoke shortly after his release, even saying that he was ready to shower.
“Lawyer ashaaongea mimi siongei sana. Wacha hata nikaoge na nikanyolewe…” he says.
Mfalme continued by saying he had already learnt his lesson after being detained for 14 days.
“Kila kitu imeenda poa. Lawyer ashaasema. Mimi nime learn lesson… Fourteen days!”
The DJ’s hypeman Allan Ochieng’, alias Hype Ballo, was referred for plea-taking for murder at the Kiambu High Court.
On the other hand, Felix Kelian’s family remains dissatisfied with the court decision as they claim that it was not just one person who beat him up and caused his demise. They’re seeking for deeper & thorough investigations on the case.
