Kenyan political activist and comedian Eric Omondi has opened up about receiving numerous threats from the public, especially politicians, because he helps people.

Since Eric Omondi started his ‘Sisi kwa Sisi Initiative‘ that helps the less privileged and those in need there are those who have been hating on him in asmuch as there are those siding with him.

He opened up recently in an interview with Betty Kyallo, saying he has raised over 78 million Ksh through his initiative ‘Sisi kwa Sisi‘ that has uplifted the lifestyles of many.

How Eric Deals With Public Threats

He on the same note, admitted that there are individuals who are on his neck because they feel like he is outdoing them hence why they are sending threats his way. He however remains strong, saying he will not be shaken because he is shielded by the blood of God.

“I’ve gotten a lot of threats since I started this initiative, but the thing is that they are coming from cowards… For us, we are covered by God’s strengths, plans, eyes, ears, and voice; hence, the reason why we don’t fear threats from politicians.” Eric Omondi said.

The political activist, however, clarified that he protects his family a lot and will not let harm befall them because they mean a lot to him.
