Equity Bank has announced that it will discontinue its EazzyBanking App, which was its pioneer mobile banking application, first unveiled in 2016.

In a message sent to customers by the Account Manager, Public Relations and Influence, Alice Waweru, the company communicated that the application will be unavailable from March 15th, 2024, and urged its customers who are still using the application to migrate to the new Equity Mobile App.

Equity Mobile is intended to offer consumers a cutting-edge and intuitive interface. Additionally, it includes sophisticated features, including integration with foreign money transfer services like Western Union and PayPal.

Customers can also schedule payments from the app, view account balances, save, transfer funds to other Equity Bank accounts regionally and internationally, facilitate regional and international trade, send money to mobile wallets, check Boostika and EazzyLoan limits, borrow, save, and make payments to the One Equity Till Number, among other functions.

The Equity Mobile App is accessible to both Android and iOS users. This app gives you complete control over your financial and lifestyle needs. By simply viewing your balances, paying your bills, buying airtime, sending money, and so much more, all from one convenient platform.
