EMBARAMBA SPEAKS ON WHY HE DECIDED TO PULL A CRAZY STUNT AT KASARANI STADIUM WHEN PERFORMING

Kenyan gospel artist Embarambamba, who describes himself as a comedy gospel artist, has shared the reason as to why he decided to pull one of his crazy stunts while performing back then.

He said that he chose to run all over the stadium because he wanted to entertain his audience and also increase his audience. Most importantly, he chose to do what he did because he wanted to prove part of the audience wrong that was campaigning against his availability there, dismissing allegations that he was insane.

“Kasarani nilifanya maneno vile ilitakikana. Tulikua wasanii wengi Kenya. Lakini nikaona watu hawako interested na mimi…mnaleta Embarambamba hapa na hakuna kitu atafanya.”

The Kisii Gospel artist had been invited back then in Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya to perform alongside other artists when he decided to stop performing and decided to run all over the stadium like one who had gone loose.

This incident became serious and in some way entertaining to the point that his audience started to chase after him from behind. The security team realized that the artist had made the audience turn their focus from the main thing, which was a governmental proceeding, to his show, so they decided to contain him in a room, advising him to calm down as he had disrupted a governmental event.

“Kuchomoka kwa stage kubend this round… Watu wakatoka hapo juu tukikimbia kama wakimbizi hapo ndani ya kasarani.

Hapo sasa nikaambiwa nimevuruga mkutano nikaambiwa tutakuweka kwa room upumzike kiasi.

According to him, running ablaze in the stadium made him feel alive and gave him a sense of belonging because he finally got to interact with his fans and deliver the message home.
