EDDY KENZO BANNED FROM PERFOMING IN UGANDA.
Ugandan Artist Eddy Kenzo has been banned from performing live stage in Uganda over claims that he had double crossed event organizers.
Luba events now has filed a case against Tanzanian artist Eddy, for breaching a contract they had agreed on earlier.
Eddy Kenzo, was accused of using other organizers and ignoring the ones he had initially strike an agreement with after.
The Uganda Court has stopped all event bookings of Eddy Kenzo and filed up the following in regard to what was brought before them.
“An Interim order is issued restraining the respondent, his agents, worksmen, assignees, mangers, promoters and anyone claiming under him from purporting to perform the Eddy Kenzo Festival or any musical shows/events anywhere in the republic of Uganda.”
They insisted that until a substantive application is issued the above said law stands.
