Renowned Kenyan entertainer DJ Joe Mfalme and his team are due in Kibera Law Courts today, April 8th, at 9 am. This follows a previous court appearance on March 24th where they were held for 14 days pending investigation.
On March 16th, Mfalme and his team were involved in a minor car accident in Kikuyu. Although no injuries were reported, an altercation occurred with DCI officer Felix Kelian. Law enforcement was then called to the scene.
The DJ was arrested shortly after the incident. In a statement, he expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the officer, emphasizing his team’s cooperation with the authorities throughout the investigation. Mfalme called for a fair and transparent investigation to reveal the truth.
This court appearance marks a potential turning point in the case. It’s yet to be determined whether the investigation is complete and what charges, if any, will be filed.
