Kenyan comedian and content creator Dem Wa Facebook has shared the reason why she cannot date bodybuilders.

Speaking alongside her ‘Online babe’ Oga Obinna during their weekly show, she opened up, saying that the reason is because she believes bodybuilders are poor in bed.

“Kumbe si watu wote wanaenda gym wako sawa, watu wa gym wako na. Oh, I will never date a gym guy. Mtu ameunga muscle mpaka huku mbele lakini kufika kwa vyombo vya habari, riswaaa. Dem Wa Facebook said:

According to Dem Wa Facebook, while bodybuilders might focus on their physical appearance and fitness, she believes this doesn’t translate to satisfying sexual performance. She argued that such men often prioritize their bodies over other aspects of relationships, leading to an imbalance in intimacy.

“Nimeamini watu wa Gym ni kifua tuh ya kubeba shopping, hiyo pande ingine chukulia watu wa Mjengo.” Dem Wa Facebook could be heard saying.

Her remarks have quickly gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from the public that rallied in the comments section while some agreed with her assessment, others criticized the broad generalization.

Obinna also revealed that he had engaged in a similar conversation with one of the bodybuilding organizers, who weighed in on the matter, saying it really varies with what they use when training and it doesn’t apply to all body builders.

“Kuna aspect mbili, kuna vitu wakitumia hizo vitu zinashrink, but sasa it is not everyone that uses those things; na vitu kama libido na sex drive ni relative depends really, it works on some and doesn’t on others.” The organizer could be heard saying.
