Daniella Atim shares detailed reasons behind split with Jose Chameleone
Daniella Atim has opened up about her breakup with Ugandan singer Jose Chameleone.
The mother of 5 through her Instagram page confirmed to have parted with the singer citing domestic violence.
According to Daniella Atim her marriage to Jose Chameleone wasn’t as happy as many thought. She confessed to having endured domestic violence for 16 years before deciding to pack-up and leave her matrimonial home.
I moved to the US exactly 5 years ago and sought asylum from many things including domestic violence that I endured for 16 years. Daniella wrote.
Still on the same, Daniella Atim revealed that being in a violent relationship forced her to stay away from people despite being a social being who likes to mingle a lot.
I am social and love to be around people. “I wasn’t social” for a very long time and I am a foodie and I love coffee and hot tea. She went on.
This being the first time she is sharing details of her failed marriage, Daniella hinted to have cut off Chameleone from her life and that of her kids.
I am a single mom with 5 kids on my own. Even though the age I am turning this year sounds too serious. I’m choosing to relive my early life while healing my nervous system. I am a beautiful work in progress. SAY NO TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Daniella revealed.

The end of Atim’s marriage to Chameleone came as a shock to many, especially since they had been together for 16 years.
However to mark her 40th birthday she let the cat out of the bag, confirming to have left the singer for good.
Jose Chameleone on the other hand remains quiet about the matter.
