Kenyan Artist Daddy Owen says he wants all LGBTQ Members out of the Country.
Expressing his disappointment on the Kenyan Court decision on LGBTQ members, he said that if the NGOS are having their way to get visas so should the terrorist and bandits as well be granted that very same privilege.
“LGBTQ should not be allowed in KENYA! The courts are here to serve and protect our culture, society and customs! If this NGOs are allowed to register in Kenya, then we should allow outlawed groups such as terrorists and bandits to be registered!…LEVITICUS 18:22”
This follows a ruling that has been passed earlier today in the saying that it is unconstitutional to limit the LGBTQ members as they are also humans and deserve equal rights, the court ruled that NGO Coordination violated Eric Gitari’s right to freedom of association by refusing to register his NGO because of his sexual Orientation.
“It would be unconstitutional to limit the right to associate through denial of registration of an association purely based on the sexual orientation of the applicants.”
The court however emphasized that despite the ruling made, it will ensure that members of LGBTQ whether heterosexual, lesbian, gay or otherwise will be subject to sanctions if they contravene existing laws.
