Speaking in an interview with Dr. Kingo’ri at the Wicked Edition, she said that losing a job shouldn’t be something that is shameful, as it’s part of life. Urging them to consider being innovative and creative as that will help them grow.

She also advised people stuck in toxic situations, especially at work places saying that they should find ways to cope with it or, even better, find a way to work it out rather than considering quitting. Emphasized on the quitting part adding that they shouldn’t unless they have built themselves and gotten another spot so that they avoid idleness.

According to her, a place of work should be able to cater to all her needs. She believes one should work to better themselves financially so that they can invest and grow. Concluding by saying that there shouldn’t be more slavery when you are employed and under a payroll.

“If I can’t get to work and I can’t go home…then why am I working…. people should be paid what they are worth.”

She also advised people to consider thinking outside the box, as that is what will make them productive and prevent them from being in miserable situations when they lose their jobs. Investing the little you have and being creative is the secret.
