Kenyan comedian Chipukeezy has landed a new job after missing out on action for a couple of years.
Chipukeezy said that he is happy to get the opportunity that he has been accorded and has promised to deliver.
His show “Chipukeezy Show” will be airing on KBC, and he hinted that the show will have Kartelo, Benawamalines, and many other talented artists that will make the show a success.
The “Chipukeezy” show, which means upcoming, will be a live recording, and their goal is to sell out at the KICC Conference Hall in Nairobi.
Chipukeezy signed a deal with Kenya Broadcasting Channel (KBC), and their Managing Director Samuel Maina said that the show that they agreed to introduce after forming a partnership with KBC is creating an opportunity for young people as well as nurturing their creative talents.
Samuel Maina added that the essence of introducing the new show is basically trying to market and monetize their talents.
He promised to push the show to other parts of the country and not just base it in Nairobi; according to him, this is another opportunity for talented young people to put their skills into action and get recognized.
The new show is set to kick off on Monday from 8 p.m.-9 p.m.
