Kenyan Comedian Chipukeezy has announced that his life is in danger after receiving threatening messages.

Speaking through his Instagram page, he has disclosed that he has been receiving death threats by land grabbers who want to evict an old woman who is now a widow after the demise of her husband.

“Dear land grabber
I have seen your advisors, I have seen your rogue lawyers, and I know your silent partners/enablers/sponsors. I know it’s not shamba you are after we both know who you are after, Your death threats are well received we all gonna die some day lakini you & your rogue lawyers, should know that in Kenya nobody is above the law! Hizo vitisho mnaleta nyumbani za panga visu na slashers ndio sasa zimefika mwisho! Just because we respect the law does not mean that we are cowards, or we don’t own slashers! You seriously want to evict an old woman from her shamba? Just a few months after her husband left us? You seriously think you can bully us like that and get away with it? This banditry has no place in our village, and I will not allow you or your bandit friends to cause harm to my family and with the help of your Bandit lawyers..…”

Chipukeezy is fighting for the rights of the old woman whose case is in court, and has told the bandits sending him threats that he will forward their names to the government so that legal action is taken.

“I will be giving a list of lawyers, prominent politicians, the Machakos county minister’s former & serving rogue surveyors former chiefs/Assistant chiefs who are cohoots to illegally acquire land.”

According to the pictures shared online by Chipukeezy, There is a statement from the court that has directed the land grabbers, as Chipukeezy calls them to hold on to the matter and not take any further steps.

A decision that Chipukeezy has said that it has been ignored and the so-called “Bandits” are taking the matter too far as their intentions are clearly lie elsewhere and aren’t interested in getting the land.
