Tv anchor Catherine a News Presenter star 60 years of age whose worked with Kenya Broadcasting Channel (KBC) and Kenya Television Network (KTN), has been admitted in hospital at Nairobi County following the Cervical Cancer that’s draining her down.

She’s now in need of Blood Donation from Relatives and colleague.

Francis Gachuri whose a Citizen Tv News Anchor has urged Kenyans to step out and help in a tweet that read,

“Blood donation appeal legendary newscaster Catherine Kasavuli is hospitalized at the KNH private wing after being diagnosed with cervical cancer. She urgently needs blood. Kindly avail yourself and donate.”

Stephen Mutoro was also among the people who sent her condolences message and encouraging Kenyans to help her out,

“Get well soon,Catherine Kasavuli. Cervical Cancer can’t stop you. Thanks for going public.Blood transfusions and mgt of #Cancer patients need to be taken a notch higher. I’ve a close kin who undergoes dialysis, twice weekly and chemotheraphy once a week I Understand,”
