Kenyan content creator Brian Chira has called out media personalities, asking them to retire and make way for others.
The bitter content creator did a video addressing the unemployment state in the country, urging them to consider exiting and giving room to the unemployed.
“My friend, I will say what I will say: If you have stayed in media for more than 10 years, walk out! Tutapata Kazi Lini?”
He emphasized that all the media personalities who have stayed in the industry for over 10 years should consider exiting and went to the point of mentioning those who are still there and need to go as well as those who have already left, like Andrew Kibe, Oga Obinna, and Kamene Goro, amongst others, and congratulating them for making room for new talents to come in.
Chira dismissed any claims that he was drunk when doing the video, saying that he was very sober and shouldn’t be mistaken when he is trying to fight for Kenyans as he is also human.
He shared an example of having walked into a media company and met a lady that had worked there for over 20 years, saying that there was nothing important the lady was doing and they should consider leaving out of good will.
