Bray Wyatt, the three-time World Wrestling Entertainment champion has died at the age of 36.

According to sources that shared the heartbreaking news, Wyatt was battling an undisclosed health issue that had kept him out of the ring since February.

Triple H shared the heartbreaking news on his page, letting the public know that the wrestler is no more.

“Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda, who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life, Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, unexpectedly passed earlier today.

Our thoughts are with his family, and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time.”

Wyatt was born in Brooksville, Florida, on May 23, 1987. Wyatt was a state wrestling champion in high school and earned a football scholarship to Troy University.

Later on, wrestling reporter Sean Ross Sapp confirmed that the 36-year-old died of a heart attack after a brush with COVID that exacerbated existing heart conditions.

He is known for his captivating performances and incredible in-ring presence. Wyatt was also a defining superstar of his generation and accomplished many wins in WWE, including becoming WWE Champion in 2017.
