Betty Kyallo’s mother shares heartfelt message amid auction reports

Amid reports of her business, Aftershave by Flair, facing auction, media personality and entrepreneur Betty Kyallo has found solace in the unwavering support of her family and fellow Kenyan celebrities.

In a candid Instagram post addressing the challenging situation, Betty Kyallo expressed gratitude for the steadfast support of her family during what she described as one of her toughest times. Alongside family encouragement, she also received an outpouring of support from prominent figures in the Kenyan entertainment industry.

Acknowledging the harsh economic climate in Kenya, Betty Kyallo openly shared the difficulties of sustaining a business amidst rent pressures and economic downturns. Despite her resilience and determination, she ultimately accepted the fate of her venture, Flair by Betty.

Thanks for the calls and texts but Mimi Niko Sawa. Many Kenyans are going through the most in business. Many people have closed businesses in this country. I let it go… but Flair will be back. Just a matter of time, she wrote.

In a deeply emotional response, Julia Ngii, Betty’s mother, conveyed her steadfast support and unwavering encouragement for her daughter’s journey, commenting on one of her posts and stating;

“Life is about being able to fall and get up, when one door closes another opens. My daughter Betty you are smart, you are intelligent and resilient,” she said, “Many people look up to you and you are an inspiration to so many young people, thank you for being open about your joys and struggles, that only makes you more human. As you begin your new venture, know that mum’s prayers and vouching for you and fighting for you. I love you.”

Messages of support are still coming in for Betty, whose news of her business auction took everyone by surprise today, considering her success as a business woman. She has however indicated that After Shave will open a new store soon, it’s only a matter of time.
