Media Personality Betty Kyallo has finally decided to take action against blogger Edgar Obare, who’s the owner of the online media channel BNN.
Betty Kyallo, shared on her page, saying that she had finally decided to take legal action against people who are defaming her without factual information because it had become too much.
“I have decided to take legal action against people who defame me or my brand without any factual information. They do this for clicks, likes, and views, but it is extremely detrimental to all the hard work I’ve continuously put in over the years.
There have to be consequences for such malicious actions; I will no longer tolerate such spiteful, evil-intentioned, fake, and false stories against me.” Betty Kyallo’s statement read:

Kyallo’s lawyers demanded five things from the blogger, and that was he apologizes to Betty Kyallo by posting defamatory statements/unconfirmed news on 7th July 2024 on on his page thus accusing her falsely that ‘She and her Ben 10 boyfriend allegedly ran away with another bill at Silverstone’.

In doing so, he was also directed to make a commitment that he would never post any defamatory things that would be falsely accused, be it a single post or an article. And finally he was given a deadline of two days up until Friday 12th if nothing will have been done then legal action will be taken against him as he will be accused of three things as stated below on of them being accountable for the damages he caused
