Kenyan artist Bensol has finally talked about his new album and among the things he has addressed is giving the reason as to why he decided to name his new album ‘Lion Of sudah’.
Speaking in an interview with Mungai Eve he said that he chose to give his album that name because it is what his fellow mates used to call him back then because they thought he had started figuring things out as far as production is concerned it’s also the name of the judge who used to work in Hague.
This is also the very same name that normally plays at the start of his tracks, some of the tracks being ‘Favourite song’. He also used the lion as its his altar eagle.
He dismissed claims from the public that he was trying to be blasphemy in someway and said that he only used the name cause he thought it will fit his new album and for the reason he gave.
“So manze kwa wale wasee wanaicompare na judah ..so good mimi sikua najaribu kua blasphemous.”
He said that his intentions were not aimed or directed to compare himself with nChrist only that he wants to push his music in so many good ways.
He also revealed that he has been working on his latest album from the year 2020 the reason as to why he didn’t release it earlier.
This is because he wasn’t financially ready and was taking his time to learn which artist he would work with and look into the quality of his music in so many ways.
“Album si kitu rahisi manze lazima uandike hizo mangoma zitoke vile unataka……. zitella certain story… Inahitaji so many things in terms of pesa in terms of travel ujue unafanya kazi na wasanii wagani alafu pia working on the quality of the music.”
Bensol said that he did his homework well and prevented a situation that many artists find themselves in which is depression and frustration because their album lacks quality.
