Amber Ray warns fans and clients: “Beware of unauthorized deals in my name

Kenyan entrepreneur and influencer Amber Ray, whose real name is Faith Makau, has issued a public notice addressing clients, associates, and stakeholders regarding unauthorized deals made without her consent.

The mother of two took to social media to express her concerns about certain individuals making agreements with brokers or members of her team without her direct approval.

Amber Ray made it clear that she will not recognize or honor any deals that she has not personally authorized. She warned that those who proceed with such unauthorized transactions do so at their own risk.

“I will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings, disputes, or failures that arise from such actions,” she emphasized.

To prevent any future complications, Amber Ray advised that all transactions, agreements, or collaborations must include a signed contract with her. Furthermore, she noted that this is essential to ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings between the parties involved.

The businesswoman concluded her notice by thanking everyone for their understanding and cooperation. Additionally, she encouraged those wishing to engage in business with her to follow the correct procedures to avoid issues.

Amber Ray’s statement serves as a reminder to clients and associates that direct communication with her is key to ensuring smooth and legitimate transactions.
