Kenyan socialite Amber Ray has responded to her partner’s (Kennedy Rapudo) source of wealth.

Speaking during an interview with Betty Kyallo on TV 47, she opened up, saying that her husband is working hard and making money, which is why they are able to pull off and sponsor high-end bashes that require millions of dollars.

“He is working hard, and he is making good money; yenye inanifanya nikue vile niko hivi.” Amber Ray said.

Aside from that, she said she is a businesswoman and an investor who invests in quite a number of other businesses and doesn’t entirely depend on his husband.

“I’m a businesswoman and an investor, and I don’t want to be seen out there, namake dooh. I chose to keep it low because we as Kenyans don’t support our own, especially when it comes to biashara.

Why Amber Ray doesn’t associate herself with her businesses

Amber Ray did also gave an insight on why she doesn’t like advertising what she does online, saying it is because there are people who like giving negative thoughts concerning other people’s businesses and considering the fact that she is of low self esteem and takes the negative comments to heart, she decided to protect her peace by not associating herself with the business that she owns and instead giving it to others.

“Those negative comments zinaendanga sana especially kwa biashara…..That’s why, for me, I never want to associate myself with the business that I am doing…I’d rather pay another influencer to advertise my business or even when I do it i do it because it is not mine.” Amber Ray explained.
