YouTuber and jester Dem wa Facebook recently shared how Director Trevor and Mungai Eve bumped into each other at a phone store; putting them in an akward position considering they broke up several months ago.
in her narration, Dem wa Facebook says that the manner in which they looked at each other suggested that they’re still in love; particularly Trevor.
”Unajua Trevor bado anapenda Eve Mungai? Nikienda kununua hii simu, tumekaa kwa kiti, kidogo hivi Eve Mungai akaingia. Trevor alizubaa kama mtu ameshikwa na asthma ya macho. Aliangalia Eve Mungai na Eve akaangalia Trevor,” she said in the Weekly show alongside Oga Obinna.
Dem wa Facebook continued to explain that despite the two not greeting each other, their actions spoke louder; insinuating that they still have a spark of love between them.
”Hawakusalimiana but wanapendana… Trevor na Mungai Eve hawaja heal. They love each other,” she continued.
Mungai Eve and Director Trevor break-up
Mungai Eve & Director Trevor broke up in February this year after dating for almost six years.
Their break-up sparked widespread interest and speculation. While Eve hasn’t been quite active about saying what led to the break up, Trevor has been more open about the challenges that led to their breakup.
“We didn’t break up because of something special. Kenyans are waiting to hear that there’s a very big reason why we parted ways. We were just like any other couple who decided to go their separate ways. You reach a point where you feel you can’t continue,” Trevor explained.
He also clarified that their breakup did not affect their professional partnership. Despite the separation, they remain on good terms and have continued to collaborate on their business ventures.
Trevor revealed that the decision to part ways in business was initiated by Eve. While they had a 50/50 business agreement, Eve felt that she was the primary face of the brand and wanted more control over its direction.
Eve decided to start over from scratch. She is currently at 157K subscribers on YouTube.
