Abuji has finally spoken on her past relationship with the famous Onami famously known for his clips HUKU YUES.
She has reveled that she had gone there for further studies.
Speaking on an interview with SPM BUZZ hosted by Silva Kido, she has said that the social life is really a challenge in the states as everything is on the radar.
She acknowledged Ibrahim as he walked her through and helped her get through with it all. She said that she could walk alongside him so that she is translated to the exact English she could understand as well. She also lost because she hadn’t known the routes, but luckily enough she had someone to help her through. Furthermore, she even pointed out that there was a day she lost way because she had decided to go to job alone because of the small misunderstanding she had with Ibrahim who she used to stay with.
She started working on Amazon where you arrange stuffs, a job she said was very tiresome, although it paid really good that helped her buy her first car that was a Honda CV car of which she managed to build her mother a house.
She also pointed out the challenges that she underwent in the states, saying loneliness was one of the hard things that she went through, the fact that she was alone and couldn’t confide nor have someone she can talk to.
Adding that her mother had told her the importance of marrying a Kenyan so that it can be easier for her to invest and also be close with her family.
Speaking about marriage culture in the states, she said that they work with contracts in the US whereby you can agree on a period of time when you’d be together.
“Mostly they will be asking you like which kind of relationship do you want…”
To anyone who has a dream of wanting to go to the US, they have to be humbled because when you reach there, you have to start from a certain point or rather low level.
“Ukikuja mara ya kwanza of course you have to start from down.”
She lastly insisted that she wants to finish her studies first so that she may reconsider marriages and other stuffs. She has also encouraged people to also go to the states and try to earn a living, as it is a country of opportunities.
