Lately, a lot of people are battling depression, and it is not that you should be worrying about it, rather enlight your mind with things that bring happiness in your life.
Now here are a couple of hints I have prepared for you:
1. Have Self Control.
In the sense that always learn to be happy through bright and dark days. Learn to get it under control whichever the circumstances always look at the good side, the problem with most people is when you are going through something you just opt to stick at that moment, Grieve until it’s over. No, don’t give it room to take over you. What do you think is the damage it would have caused in your grieving period? People grieve differently, there are those who do it silently and there are those who maybe fast do some things to show they ain’t good, so don’t give it room to take over you.
2. Hold on Lightly.
Yeah, we are on Relationships now attachment has always made people be victims of depression if it doesn’t work out cause of how deep you were connected, the fact that you just wanted to own those people like every moment without them is hell to you. If you do this, then it will be a problem like what If? This person gotta go work, each of you has their own lives.
It’s always advisable to give each other a little allowance, hold on lightly, let each of you have their own space. That way, you would have saved yourselves from a big tragedy.
3. Nobody’s Perfect.
Everybody makes mistakes, nobody is straight all the way up. We are battling differently, you are never alone. Once you make peace with this, you won’t do anything stupid nor be a victim of trauma.
Also, that doesn’t guarantee you a ticket to make bad decisions.
4. You have So Much to Live For.
Remember your worthiness and how special you are, open your mind see ahead look at the things you can do. Fulfill your dreams there’s still a lot to explore don’t limit your mind, allow it to explore brilliant ideas. You are smart, and you can do a lot than just sitting and crying over I don’t know what. There’s a saying that goes around saying “Shit Happens” So…
5. Speak Positivity into Your life.
Always wish yourself all the best, It may sound absurd but trust me that it works, it shows that you value yourself, and you are doing a good job keeping off the bad energy always walk away from negativity and embrace good things.
6. Get You a Therapist.
By now you should have had one. It is okay if you can’t afford one, it is also like having someone you can confide in, one you are free with, they will always be there for you. It helps out because you will always know I got someone who will help me work it out.
It will help you from being a victim of depression and other weird incidents.
